🌿 The Story of Balance & Evolve 🌿

Balance & Evolve was born from my own journey through life — its stressors, challenges, and lessons.

For years, I kept pushing forward until my body said “No” and my health reminded me that something had to change. That moment became a turning point — a call to slow down, reconnect, set boundaries, and truly prioritise wellbeing.

Through this healing process, I discovered the transformative power of holistic therapies, which inspired me to study BSc (Hons) Integrative Healthcare at UHI Moray, where I continue to study. My studies to date have deepened my understanding of how mind and body work together in creating balance.

With the encouragement of those who believed in me, Balance & Evolve was created — a calm, nurturing space where others can pause, release, and begin their own journey toward restoration and growth.

The name reflects my belief that when we find strength and trust within ourselves, we don’t just heal — we evolve.
