I received a wood therapy treatment from Morven. I wasn't sure what to expect but quickly found out I was in safe hands. Morven explained the treatment to me and kept me informed throughout. At times I found it "uncomfortable" but Morven reassured me, acknowledge my pain levels and worked respectfully. I felt fantastic after. It felt like the type of treatment you would have on holiday, a bit luxury.

I have been going for regular massages since Balance & Evolve started and recently had a course of aromatherapy massage, to help with stress and pain relief.
I can absolutely say that I saw a noticeable difference in my stress levels, which dropped significantly AND my pain went from high levels daily, to complete relief for days at a time. It also helped to stop my regular headaches which were completely debhilitating.

Mo creates such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere and is warm, approachable and professional throughout.

Morven is very welcoming, professional & knowledgeable about the various oils. The warm blended aromatherapy oils, firm but gently massaged soon had me completely relaxed. Following a chest infection Morven suggested different oils to aid my breathing, which had an immediate effect so I was able to sleep soundly that night. She is intensely focussed and knowledgeable about which areas need attention. A very enjoyable & restorative massage.
